Excellent Sunday brunch featuring short ribs, paella, shrimp in many ways and other delicious desserts, charcuterie, omelette and more. Gracious service from charming staff and comfy chairs.

I was there with some very silly clients and the first server that came to help us just could not deal with us that day, but the second server oh my gosh ha ha he was an amazing sport, super funny, very patient and we had an incredible lunch. Will definitely be back.

A group of friends had lunch at Bolero, inside Europa Village. It's very nice inside. We ordered a variety of tapas, and everything was so delicious. The chicken empanadas were a favorite. All the accompanying sauces were so tasty. Our server, Vera, was excellent.

The best food we’ve had in the Temecula Area. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. Our favorites: the calamari, the octopus, and the mashed potatoes. All were exquisite. The calamari is probably one of the top 10 calamari’s I’ve had and i get calamari everywhere . Green sauce for the calamari and the octopus were splendid and my wife loved the mashed potatoes. The short rib peppers, paella, and ceviche were great and better than what you would find around this area, but not phenomenal. The scallops with the paella were delicious and we’d definitely try a scallop tapas next time. Next time we’re back we’ll definitely be reordering the calamari, octopus, and mashed the potatoes but will sub out the short rib peppers, paella, and ceviche for something else. But remember, I’d still take the latter over almost all food in the surround area, I’d just like to try something different. For desert, the banana brulee was phenomenal and we’d order again, but we would probably pass on the chocolate hazelnut cake (although it was great for a GF dish) coffee ice cream is coffee ice cream and a 5 scoop isn’t necessarily unreasonable. We also got the cool down flight which was good, i especially enjoyed the granbazan The vibes were mids. Thematic lighting outdoors on the patio, more lively indoors, but there’s no view or anything to note re: the restaurant. The service was great, Matthew was an amazing server, gave us recommendations, and was attentive.

Went to Bolero for the first time with a friend. We were celebrating her birthday. I wasn’t too convinced about going to Bolero. However since she was the birthday girl, I figured I’d let her pick. The pasta I had was made out of spinach and basil with a cream sauce. It was very delicious, I kept talking to my husband about that pasta lol

All I have to say is Mariana! WOW! We have been to Bolero and Europa Village a few times but never greeted with such enthusiasm and professionalism. The food and service has always been great but Mariana made our experience incredible. She took the time to share the new culinary membership with us and show us all the benefits and perks. She was so fantastic we added on to our premier membership. We can’t wait to visit again.
